I have noticed a number of Russian Federation visitors here at my blog.  I want to thank all of you for visiting, and for Elena who signed my guestbook.  I hope all of you are living well and send my best regards for the future.

Daniel, I am a close follower of your blog.
Despite my not feeling well and still absence of diagnosis I find inspiration in your posts and videos.
You are such a great person.
Elena

P.S. By the way, at what age did you get ill and how long did it take to make diagnosis?

Elena,

I first noticed sympotms at the age of 37. I was tested extensively but the doctors still don't know what is causing my protein loss. The only thing they know is that the protein is spilling into my GI (Gastro-intestinal) tract.

That's why they call it "idiopathic" protein losing "enteropathy". That literally means the cause of protein loss into the gut is unknown.

To answer your question, It took 6 years for the doctors to tell me that is what the diagnosis is.

Thanks so much, Elena for your kind words. You sound like a very sweet lady. How old were you when you started having problems?

Regards, Daniel
